Official Freshdesk pricing should be compared separately from Freshdesk Omni, whose Growth plan starts at $29 per agent/month annually.
Five-agent annual subscription example
Assume five licensed agents, annual billing, standard USD list rates and no discounts, taxes or optional usage. Growth costs $95 per month equivalent, or $1,140 yearly. Pro costs $275 per month equivalent and $3,300 yearly. Enterprise costs $445 per month equivalent and $5,340 yearly. These monthly equivalents describe an annual commitment.
The edition step matters. Growth includes a shared ticket inbox, knowledge base and one default SLA policy. Pro is the relevant tier for multiple SLA policies, custom reporting and up to five separately branded product portals. Enterprise adds skill-based routing and unlimited products. When the budget should use Omni
Freshdesk’s basic Web Chat presents knowledge content and ticket forms. For advanced live chat, topic routing, WhatsApp or Instagram, evaluate Omni. Five Omni Growth agents cost $145 per month equivalent, or $1,740 annually, before extras. Comparing the standalone Growth price with a full messaging suite would give an incomplete channel budget.
Freddy AI is another budget line
The first 500 Freddy AI Agent sessions are included once per account, then additional sessions cost $49 per 100. For standalone Freshdesk’s Email AI Agent, a session covers a 72-hour window. A hypothetical extra 100 sessions therefore adds $49 after the trial allowance; it does not represent 100 individual email replies.
Copilot costs $29 per agent/month annually on qualifying Pro or Enterprise subscriptions. Licensing all five agents adds $145 per month equivalent, or $1,740 yearly. You can license selected agents.
