Front Pricing 2026: Plans, Free Trial and 5-Agent Cost

Front Starter is $25 per seat monthly annually. See five-seat costs, the Professional upgrade and separate Copilot and Autopilot charges.

Verified

Front Starter costs $25 per seat per month with annual billing, for up to ten seats. The current price list positions it for one channel type. A team answering both email and chat needs the omnichannel Professional or Enterprise tier, even if it has only a few agents.

Starter and Professional each have a one-license minimum. Starter supports up to ten seats; a larger team needs a different tier.

A five-seat cost model

Five Starter seats cost $125 per month equivalent, or $1,500 annually. The assumptions are five licensed teammates, annual billing and a single channel type, without paid AI or channel additions.

Five Professional seats at $65 cost $325 per month equivalent, or $3,900 annually. Professional supports up to 50 seats and becomes the relevant comparison for an email-and-chat team. Enterprise lists $105 per seat monthly annually and adds unlimited rules, custom reports and included AI capabilities.

Professional buys service controls

Moving to Professional changes more than channel access. Capacity-based load balancing queues work and assigns it to available teammates. Time-goal rules track reply and resolution targets, support business hours and trigger warnings or breach actions.

Professional also introduces customer CSAT surveys and multiple help centers. These features make it the practical starting point for a team with measured service commitments. Starter’s ten workspace rules rise to twenty on Professional; Enterprise offers unlimited workspace and company rules.

Add AI to the right seat total

Copilot is $20 per seat monthly on Starter or Professional and is included with Enterprise. Assuming all five teammates buy it, add $100 monthly: the examples become $225 on Starter or $425 on Professional, before other charges.

Autopilot is separate on every plan, advertised from $0.05 per conversation. A thousand conversations multiplied by that starting rate is $50; the actual quote determines the applicable usage terms, so this is an illustrative floor calculation. Native WhatsApp adds Meta charges plus a 20% administration fee. Price the channel mix and AI scope alongside seats, rather than treating the entry license as the complete support bill.
