Gorgias Pricing 2026: Plans, Free Trial and 5-Agent Cost

Gorgias Helpdesk starts at $10 monthly for 50 tickets and three seats. Model a five-agent team by workload, overages and separate AI interactions.

Gorgias Helpdesk-only Starter costs $10 per month for 50 billable tickets and three seats. It is billed monthly. The live pricing page also offers AI bundles, which are a different total from the base helpdesk subscription.

Five agents: use a workload model

A five-agent team exceeds Starter’s three-seat limit. Basic includes 500 seats and 300 tickets for $60 monthly, or $50 per month equivalent on annual billing. The base cost is $60 for the team, not five times $60.

Assume that team handles 500 billable tickets in one month. Basic includes 300, leaving 200 extra tickets at $0.40 each. The monthly model is $60 + $80 = $140. At the annual base rate, the equivalent model is $50 + $80 = $130, with the base subscription committed annually. Both examples exclude AI, Voice and SMS.

What counts toward the meter?

The current billing documentation counts a ticket once a human, AI Agent or rule sends a message from Gorgias. Several replies within that ticket do not each become a ticket charge. Unanswered inbound requests and internal notes are excluded.

AI Agent can create two billable events: a helpdesk ticket and an automated interaction when it resolves the conversation without human involvement. Automation is determined after 72 hours without a human. A human handoff produces the ticket charge without the AI resolution charge. Do not subtract AI-resolved tickets from the helpdesk workload in this model.

AI bundles have their own allowance

The current Starter-plus-AI bundle is $40 monthly: $10 helpdesk and $30 for 30 automated interactions. Basic-plus-AI is $90 monthly, or $77 monthly equivalent annually, with 300 tickets and 30 automated interactions.

Voice and SMS add separate usage meters. Compare a normal month and a seasonal peak, then estimate automated interactions independently. Gorgias can accommodate many agents within Basic’s seat allowance, but ticket and automation volumes determine the recurring bill.
