Trengo’s plan table defines a conversation within a seven-day window; messages outside that window start a new conversation.
What a five-agent team pays
Five agents fit within Boost’s 10 included users. The subscription is €299 per month equivalent, €3,588 for a year on annual billing, or €349 for each month on monthly billing. The five-agent team uses five of the included users; Trengo does not list a five-user price. These totals use the plan price only, within the included conversation allowance, before any usage charges or taxes.
Extra users and conversations
On the monthly option, extra users cost €30 per user on Boost and €50 per user on Pro. On the yearly option, the rates are €25 per Boost user and €40 per Pro user. Additional conversations cost €18 per 100 on the monthly option or €15 per 100 on the yearly option. Conversations with an AI surcharge add €0.30 each monthly or €0.25 each yearly. Trengo lists WhatsApp, Voice and SMS usage beyond the included service conversations as usage charges.
Enterprise and plan choice
Enterprise has custom pricing, custom included users and custom conversation allowances. Choose Boost when its 10-user and conversation limits cover the team. Pro doubles the included users to 20 and provides a larger conversation allowance.
