Choose Deskpro for a multi-brand support shortlist when the operation needs distinct help centers, controlled agent ticket access and a choice of deployment. Its current documentation describes brand-specific content, routing and permissions in one support platform. The decisive commercial detail is the number of branded centers: six brands exceed Cloud Team’s allowance, even though the marketing page says multi-brand is available across all plans.
Which plan supports six brands?
The Cloud pricing table lists three help centers on Team, ten on Professional and unlimited on Enterprise. Team is displayed at $39 per agent/month with a five-agent minimum; Professional is $59 with ten agents minimum. A five-person team needing six branded centers therefore needs to model at least ten Professional licenses, or $590 per displayed month, before other charges. The checked table does not explicitly identify the commitment behind those rates.
Each center can carry its own URL, logo, design and knowledge content. Requests can route by brand or channel, and the vendor documents restrictions that prevent an agent assigned to Brand A from seeing Brand B tickets without permission. That is a useful basis for a demonstration involving separate operational teams. See the multi-brand comparison for the broader selection question.
Ticket access and customer identity need separate tests
The multi-brand description establishes ticket, content and routing controls. Test customer-profile separation with a shared email address. Ask for a live demonstration of contact search, organization history, notes, attachments, direct links, exports and API access using restricted staff accounts.
Have a central administrator demonstrate cross-brand reports while restricted agents retain their own reporting scope. Test outgoing identity as well. The setup guide describes department assignment and email-template configuration, but is marked older-version documentation. Make current brand-specific email behavior part of acceptance.
Cloud or organization-managed deployment
Deskpro Private supports on-premise and private-cloud environments under your organization’s management. That changes infrastructure ownership and operating responsibilities. It does not automatically create separate brand tenants or customer records. Where independent databases are mandatory, require an explicit instance design and central-management proposal.
Private pricing is quoted separately, with packages including ten, twenty, thirty-five or fifty agent licenses. Cloud Professional also includes fifty Lite Agents who can view and collaborate on tickets but cannot answer users directly. Those roles can help involve specialists without treating every participant as a full responding agent.
Deskpro is therefore worth evaluating for brand operations and hosting flexibility, provided the trial proves the required customer-data boundaries. Read the pricing breakdown, compare Deskpro alternatives, or browse the Help Desk category.
