Mainter suits manufacturers converting operator fault reports into completed maintenance work with time- or meter-based recurrence; Starter excludes operator roles and Premium adds inventory.
How the maintenance work flows
A fault report becomes a scheduled work order with instructions, mobile updates and completion on site. Each asset card brings historical work, future maintenance and downtime into one record. Work Requester users can create and follow their own requests free, while operator maintenance is a distinct role and capability.
Plans and operating boundaries
Starter lists €249 monthly with four users and Premium €599 with six; the sources do not settle a complete billing basis for a canonical starting-price fact. Premium adds checklists, operator maintenance and inventory management. Enterprise adds Multiple Units for multi-site work, API integrations and SSO. Do not equate free requesters with the operator role excluded from Starter.
