How the maintenance work flows

Machine and component records retain service work, breakdowns and inspections together. Parts follow a location, zone and bin hierarchy, with approval when stock transfers to a technician; recording consumption deducts stock from the technician’s bin and links it to the job. Public QR reports can create assigned work orders without a login.

Plans and operating boundaries

Enterprise lists offline mode and annual pricing only, so offline factory work changes both the tier and the commitment. The product combines FSM and CMMS workflows; its manufacturing-maintenance offering establishes internal plant fit independently of customer-service dispatch. Xero and QuickBooks connectors synchronize invoice data both ways and return the invoice number to the job, with connector terms still to resolve.
