Proficy Plant Applications is GE Vernova’s manufacturing execution system for process, discrete and mixed manufacturing. Its modules cover efficiency management, production management and tracking, quality management and batch analysis.
GE Vernova documents OEE monitoring, product traceability through production, operator execution, lot and serialized production, a no-code screen development environment, on-premises and cloud deployment, and about 20 out-of-the-box messages for MES-to-ERP communication. Its MTConnect-OPC UA Driver extension provides those machine connectivity protocols for Plant Applications solutions.
